Folks...

I am planning on removing the `ipip' network pseudo-device from the
tree on the trunk (not the netbsd-1-5 branch) as it is completely
obsoleted by the `gif' interface (which provides more complete
functionality).  I plan on doing this soon (mid next week), barring
any serious objections.
