I'd be happy to do this if no one else wants to, although it won't be in
time for 1.5 if I do.

Also, somebody asked about 802.1Q support earlier. Out of boredom, I've
(mostly) ported than from openbsd and made it functional (i.e. written
vlanctl(8) and some documentation).
