I switched back to the old kernel, and that didn't cause the problem to
reappear... so I'm not sure what happened. I did see occasional one to
two second pauses, but they looked like they were caused by excessive
lost packets (I'm surprised at the amount of packet loss, as the two
wireless stations are only like five feet or so apart... it comes and
goes though). I do have a binary tcpdump of the connection, if anyone
wants to take a look, but I don't think it shows anything unusual. I'll
keep trying to reproduce my original problem though!
