Hi All,
The mico package is a CORBA system aimed at being fully compliant
and freely available. It is recognised as CORBA compliant by the OpenGroup.
Distributed under GNU copyright notice. Mico is implemented in C++ or Java.
I have been using the C++ implementation. Mico's idl compiler will translate
idl to C++ which is what I'm really after.
For more detailed info mico has a home page at www.mico.org

Regards,
	Murray.
