Previously I raised the question of how much "route flush" should delete,
unaware that what it really displays is a combination of routing & ARP
entries. Hmm!

Whilst a number of people are considering what should happen with hot
plugging of network cards, what about hot plugging into networks ?

If I move my laptop from network a.b.c.0 to a.b.d.0, shouldn't it
automatically flush all of the matching ARP entries for a.b.c.0 anyway ?
