3c509B.  (No worries -- I've been getting those two confused the entire
day, especially when I went to buy the card :) )

I've got the PNP turned off, and it shows up as:

ep0 at isa0 port 0x300-0x30f irq 10: 3Com 3C509 Ethernet
ep0: address 00:60:08:c0:38:ab, 8KB byte-wide FIFO, 1:1 Rx:Tx split
ep0: 10baseT, 10base5, 10base2 (default 10baseT)
