Okay, this one was mine.  I've tracked this down, and am currently
testing changes that fix this.  Thanks to Juergen Hannken-Illjes, who
set me on the right track to finding this.  (Yes, RQ_FILE is necessary
for more than I thought it was).  However, the fix I have uses the
xp_file field of a request's SVCXPRT.  Does anyone know a cleaner way to
get this information?
