Thank you!  I was beginning to wonder if I was the only one that finds
this whole crock distasteful.  If some clueless admin filters
ICMP-must-frag they deserve all the grief and public humiliation that
they get.  I'd rather see a misconfigured filter fixed, not
wallpapered over.  This is like the old days when half the routers in
the world mishandeled TTL.  It took the release of traceroute and the
resulting public exposure before that ICMP was correctly supported.
