I'm curious; what's the rationale for adopting the INRIA stack versus
the NRL stack?  IIRC, Last I heard (which was mid-1996) the NRL stack
was seen as front-runner. I havent followed IPv6, so maybe the NRL IPv6
stack has died since then.

Does this  have any impact on people who want to use IPsec with IPv4?
