I'm evaluating the possibility to reuse some of the HDLC/LAPB stuff in
sys/netccitt for an ISDN driver. We need LAPD, but the LAPB stuff could be a
good starting point. The infrastructure in sys/netccitt does not clearly
indicate an easy way to integrate the stuff (it calls the X.25 packet layer
directly), but it should be possible to fix that.

Now the obvious question before I start: has anybody tried these protocols?
Do they work? I wouldn't even know how to try them...
