Please do not commit rdisc(8) ... I'm going to commit Vernon Schryver's 
routed(8) that implementes RIPv1, RIPv2, and router discovery.  I've been 
planning on this for some time now (and have posted about it on 
tech-net).  Having the same functionality in both programs is unnecessary 
redundancy.
