I think that we should most definately keep this around. I have been
experimenting using X25 over 802.2. Most of the support is there for this
it's just flakey.

If people don't want the X25 then don't include the option. If upgrades break
it then I'm sure that we who are using it will soon fix it or at least work
what broke it!
