The root of the CD should contain a directory names "NetBSD-1.3.2" (or
whatever), for the reset see
ftp://ftp.netbsd.org:/pub/NetBSD/NetBSD-1.3.2.

(If you do this wrong, you can ^Z out of sysinst, mount the CD manually on
/mnt2 and then "fg" back into sysinst, telling it you want to install from
a local directory: /mnt2. Worked fine for me)
