Please ask the folks at 3dfx!

I already did so and think the more people ask for a NetBSD port of glide
the better the odds are to get it some day.

I do have a 3Dfx Board in one of my NetBSD machines and volunteer to port
the library/driver(s).

Until then you are stuck with Linux emulation and the linux library.
