Hi,

I do not know why fullfs patch was not reviewed back in the day.
Maybe nobody took the initiative to review it and it was simply
forgotten, or maybe there were other reasons.

In my opinion, working on it as a first project is not the best idea,
since it is not even in the code yet.
Still, you are welcome to take over the submitted patch and push it to
completion.
That means finding reviewers (maybe in IRC channels?), following up
with reminders, and likely contacting the original author to learn
what the status was and why it stalled.
Some patience is needed in this regard...

For contributions, it is often suggested to look at the bug database
(gnats.netbsd.org), preferably the newer reports.
You can check categories like "misc", "kern", or "lib" to see if
something looks pretty small and doable.
