	This patch seems to fix PR/56925. For 12 days, I haven't seen spourious
deadlock or panic.

legendre:[~] > uptime
12:24PM  up 12 days, 20:54, 3 users, load averages: 8.18, 3.33, 1.65

	Maybe you can apply this patch on netbsd-9 branch.
