I still see pbulk grinding to a halt with a stuck cmake process, eg 2
days ago with a -current/amd64 kernel & userland of that day.

Attaching to the cmake process with gdb, which then loads symbols for
ld_elf.so, and then detaching, without actually doing anything, gets
the cmake process going again.
