Proposal: removing uyurex(4)

Hi tech-kern,

I'd like to propose removing uyurex(4)
This is a driver for a machine created as an elaborate joke in 2008.

It is disabled by default right now, but still:
- appearing as results when searching for similar buffer overflows and
  thus came up in a discussion following maxv's security auditing
- is on the list of devices to USB MP-ify
- needs to be touched on refactors

I'd like to remove it. The joke is probably over by now, now it just
shows up in random searches for bugs :-)

If not objected, I'll remove it in 2 weeks.
