I can add a column in the attic museum page to say what is the last version
of NetBSD that supports the feature. But this doesn't give a clear
indication that it is the version where it was the most functional.

Having said that, you would be getting much better results if you were just
emulating SunOS (or something else) directly rather than going through the
expense of finding out which NetBSD version had the most functional
compat_sunos to then launch a SunOS program on it, all in a VM...
