I have received some comments.
my problem may be caused from bad CD-R, or my CRD-8322B is broken.

I have another Sun Ultra 5 that has same configuration, at least it has
same "CRD-8322B, 1998/09/24, 1.05".
I have tried more reliable CD-R with another one, and gotten exactly
same results.

And I have tried to mount/umount CD-ROM media,
and gotten same error.

I believe "CRD-8322B, 1998/09/24, 1.05" has problem.

Thank you.
