Here is a new patch round that addresses your comments. Going through
puffs_newinfo_* indeed makes the code cleaner:

The kernel part also fixes a rare occuring panic within
puffs_vnop_write/puffs_vnop_getpages

I also removed node_mk_common_final() from libperfuse since the extra
setattr operation has been made useless a long time ago by another bug
fix.
