embedded root file system where the complexities of UFS are not needed.

If V7FS_NAME_MAX increased to 30 (some file can't
GEORGIAN-ACADEMY@OldCapital%UCS.mps etc.), NetBSD/hpcsh could boot on
V7FS . Though very slow. And It can not use named pipe.
