apache httpd 2.2 (from pkgsrc) hanging after getting a SIGUSR1 on NetBSD5.0_RC3

Is there a problem with AcceptFilter? I keep getting the warning[Thu Apr 09 21:21:12 2009] [warn] (22)Invalid argument: Failed to enable the 'httpready' Accept Filter

and the server won't respond to any requests.

The command I used to use to rotate logs is 'kill -SIGUSR1 `cat 
/var/run/httpd.pid`'
but that doesn't seem to work any longer.
