Has anyone tried using a VAX compiler that uses jsb/rsb calls instead
of calls/ret calls?  I seem to recall hearing of someone trying it in a
different context and finding out that, even after including the
overhead of "manually" maintaining stack frames, jsb/rsb is a win.  I'm
very curious which way it would work out for NetBSD....
