USB hw bugs in SB600/SB700 southbridges

Hi,

Regarding PR 40056, I have talked with AMD HW guys.

In result I got a list of three known HW bugs with links
to the workarounds/fixes in linux drivers.

1. SB600/SB700 USB EHCI IAA related bug
