In the case of most of these ataraid devices, the point of support isn't so
that someone running netbsd can set up a fake raid and do silly things with it,
it's that if someone has already done so, and wishes to dual boot with netbsd
as well, they can actually talk to thier disks.

Otherwise the ataraid drivers would all mostly be completely useless.
