The "fake device structure" part of that is fixed already,
and config_attach_pseudo() is done as suggested.
But that's almost orthogonal to the question where the
embedded or module-loaded ramdisks are initialized.
Currently, the config_attach does not much - the real
initialization is done later per ioctl or hook. This
is certainly not clean, but changing this is too much
for NetBSD-5 imho.
I'll put the PR into "feedback" state and ask what Jason's
ideas about this are.
