Of course some of the checks here are bogus. I should have looked at it
more before posting. Sorry for the noise.

Some more facts:
- the faultly buffer seems to always come from the LRU list
- b_cflags seems to always be 0x4000030, b_flags 0x404, b_oflags 0.
