possible filesystem corruption with 4.0_STABLE from Mar 25 ish.

Hi,
I just cvs updated my pkgsrc tree from anoncvs3.de.NetBSD.org, then built
lintpkg and ran lintpkg -B
It complained of needing an operator in the Makefile for math/capc-calc,
so i looked at it, and bizzarely it was the main.c for src/sbin/modstat
from a -current checkout!
Those files on my system are on different partitions (but the same
drive), so if it is some kind of filesystem corruption it's pretty wierd.
(the inodes are different, and both files had 1 link).
I rebooted and fsck'd but it didn't find anything, currently mounted
without softdeps (both partitons where softdep before).
The other thing it might of been is that TMPDIR on my machine is ~/.tmp,
and dosn't get cleaned out on reboot - could i just of been unlucky with
cvs finding an old tmpfile?
(The home directories and -current source tree are on one partion, and
pkgsrc on another)
I've got recent backups, so i'll keep running this machine and see what
happens.
