device-mapper driver code

Hi, folks

I have reached major milestone in my project I have implemented  
proplib based ioctl interface.
After discussion with my mentor and other developers I thing that it  
is good time to commit
my code into separate branch in our tree to get more testing and to  
allow other developers
review my changes.


There is one known bug(and many unknown):

For now my code use old LKM module framework. I want to integrate my  
code into kernel and use
new MODULAR framework for building a module.

I will not commit lvm2tools and libdevmapper library with my device- 
mapper driver, because I want to
push all my changes into upstream and after that we can easily import  
their code.
