I'm not saying we shouldn't do something about the order, but one of the 
things we're doing with devfs is to add locator info. As we enhance our 
"locator" support, it should get good enough that devices will still get 
found correctly regardless of probe order. i.e. we use specific locators 
to fix everything up.
