Hi,

Are there any objections to me changing the @uid magic symlink to
reflect the real user-id rather than the effective user-id? @uid is used
in the per-user tmp code and it causes problems when we're running
programs that need to make use of temporary files whilst calling
seteuid() i.e. chsh(1).

If people think there might be some problems with this change I can just
add an @euid magic symlink.
