[LPC extensions to ISA]

As I see it, the only devices which are likely to use
these features are super-IO chips. They will not use
it as long as only legacy ISA devices are emulated.
Fast-IR is a candidate, but there is little support
in NetBSD anyway, and noone seems to miss it.
(Perhaps some enhanced parallel port mode can make use
of it too, but that's also nothing a sane person would use.)

cube's acpipcib would support it naturally, so I don't
think an extension of pcib (which would need to be
updated anytime a new southbridge comes out) is useful.

best regards
Matthias
