Hey,

I have backported the changes from the jmcneill-pm branch to share a few
more PCI x86 drivers/files.

This includes ichlpcib(4), pchb(4) and a few other x86 files that now
are specified in x86/conf/files.x86.

I tested the patch building x86/GENERIC.MP and XEN[23]_DOM0.

Any objection before the patch is committed?
