   /home is a mount point. I'll need to reboot and verify, but I'm
fairly certain it's "drwxr-xr-x root wheel" (because that's what all the
other directories have that I created at the time; I'm I'm 100% sure
that I didn't meddle around with the permissions, umask, or anything
like it). But it should be noted that the postfix, postgresql, and
apache users don't touch /home. postgresql resides under /var (which is
directly under /), and they exhibit the same kind of error.
