Hi,

The following patch changes the acpiec(4) driver to use spin mutexes,
a rwlock with RW_WRITER for EXCLUSIVE access and a condvar.

This has been working great for some time on my laptop, no ec timeouts.

The previous patch I sent here some weeks ago wasn't correct and 2min
were enough to get ec timeouts.
