I have Ratoc CFU1.  dmesg(8) was told as follows.

  slhci0 at pcmcia0 function 0: <RATOC, USB HOST CF+ Card>
  slhci0: ScanLogic SL811HS/T USB Host Controller  (rev 1.4 or 1.5)
  slhci0: Max Current 100 mA (value by code, not by probe)
