Are you kidding?

I am extremely happy to see SCN available in proplib because _this_ user
intends to take advantage of it to ensure that he never, ever has to hand
edit problib XML.  If you won't let the user force the externalization,
that doesn't work...

For me, SCN turns proplib from "neat but potentially very painful" into
"just plain neat".
