Oh, OK.  I didn't know it had that limitation.  Makes sense though,
and also explains why writing a program to boot NetBSD from DOS is
probably easier. ;)

Maybe I'll try this as an exercise to learn more about kva <--> pa
mapping, etc. at some point.
