Seems I'm running into every possible SCSI problem today.

I noticed that sysstat vm would give me 100% busy on sd5
while only a few percent on the other RAID members.

Now what is this:

sd5(ahd1:0:3:0): unable to allocate scsipi_xfer

There's no indication that sd5 has been downgraded to async mode.

This is 4.0BETA2/amd64 in case that matters.
