Please.  aac(4) has been on my list for a long time, but hasn't
percolated to the top.  I recently shipped off an Adaptec aac, but
I still have a Dell CERC (SATA-I) in a Dell PE1800 that I can do
some basic stuff with--but that's my home server, so I can't
reconfigure it without some pain.

I have been making some more time for NetBSD lately, so hopefully
will get to it Soon.  Unless someone else beats me to it.
