Dear folks,
just found a weird issue wich i think is related to NetBSD-compat problems.
I tried to add a binary package (sun-jre14) and pkg_add complained about
not enough disc space to unpack the files to (84 Mb on a 2Gb free space
partition). Puzzled i set the pkgsrc's temp to a big space but still no
luck.
Eventually i recompiled pkg_install (turned out to be the same version that
was installed before, pkg_install-20060424) and voila! it worked fine!
Did a system call change? or something else? The system i tried it on was a
-current kernel (4.99.1) from a userland installed from around July 8th
2006.
I'm reluctant to create a PR on it since i can't reproduce it anymore for
obvious reasons... but maybe it does ring a bell for someone :)
Cheers,
Reinoud
