Dear folks,
just rebooted my machine to 4.99.1 -current from say a 10 minutes ago and
my machine goes heywire... 140000 interrupts/sec on ioapic0 pin 9. I can't
find this in my dmesg.
However it tells me:
ioapic0 at mainbus0 apid 2 (I/O APIC)
ioapic0: pa 0xfec00000, version 11, 24 pins
ioapic0: misconfigured as apic 0
ioapic0: remapped to apic 2
The configuration i'm running is GENERIC.MPACPI on a ASUS
Pundit-R with a hyperthreaded P4. Its a ATI chipset AFAIK.
As far as i remember, i tried a new kernel say a week or maybe two ago and
this problem wasn't there so i think it must have been a recent change.
With regards,
Reinoud
