I don't know what is involved with getting DPMS support included with the 
wsfb X driver. I don't know if a generic "wsdisplay0 at vesafb0" knows 
anything about Display Power Management Signaling.

Does it make since to add DPMS support to the X11 wsfb (the wsdisplay 
framebuffer) driver?
