This is documenting a kernel API, which we can easily change in the
future and doesn't need to be set in stone for all eternity. I'd say
just go ahead and commit what you've got - we have no manpage for it now
so we win there by adding your manpage, and if the best critism is that
you've documented it too much then I think you can be happy to live with
that.
