Good point, I forgot about scale.  It probably is about a man week for a
novice without kernel experience to figure out.

Any of our kernel experts should be able to do it in half that time.  8
hours seems a bit much.

Heck, I'm almost to the point where I've felt I've spent too much time
arguing about this and *I* should just go and convert them all.
