I have been encountering the same issues since the end of november
(3.99.9, still running it), with firefox 1.0.7 (gtk2) and thunderbird
1.0.2 (gtk2). I have been running both since then with
PTHREAD_DIAGASSERT=AE, but since never encountered such a problem again.
Without it, I can't reproduce it either, it just happens sometimes.
