I'm working on a driver for the Symmetricom BC637PCI timing card.  This
model provides a GPS receiver (a Trimble ACE iii), which works with ntpd's
bancomm reference clock driver (which a few modifications).

IPL_TTY seems most appropriate, but it is not clear to me.  suggestions?


Any interest in adding this driver to the tree?
