This shows that the initial TEST UNIT READY command fails
with "Unit Attention: Not-ready to Ready transition, possible
media change".

In 2.* the scsipi layer ignores the Unit Attention, so that
the sd attach code actually sees the error and fails.

In 3.* the scsipi layer will restart the command.
