Because I have userland applications which uses splice(2) which I wish
to deploy, ABIs, libc stubs, manpages you know the drill.
Is this perhaps a misunderstanding of what was intended (on my part)
as a sincere invitation for constructive comment? I say that only
because I'm not seeing anything constructive in your reply.
Is that a failing on my part?
